Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) adalah program pelatihan yang membahas pendekatan sistematis untuk menentukan strategi perawatan paling efektif guna menjaga keandalan aset.

Dalam training ini, peserta mempelajari cara mengidentifikasi fungsi peralatan, potensi kegagalan, dampak kegagalan terhadap operasi, serta memilih tindakan perawatan yang tepat, baik preventive, predictive, maupun corrective.

RCM tidak sekadar fokus pada perbaikan kerusakan, tetapi menekankan pencegahan kegagalan yang berdampak besar terhadap keselamatan, lingkungan, dan produktivitas.

Melalui training ini, peserta biasanya dibekali kemampuan analisis risiko, evaluasi mode kegagalan (failure modes), serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis keandalan.
